The Role As the Restaurant Manager at Coogee Pavilion ground level, you are the face of the restaurant and a warm and welcome face to the local community. Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for the front of house operation and driving the financial result, lead a large and diverse team of experienced staff, developing them, upskilling them, and driving them to deliver an exceptional guess experience all at the same time maintaining a fun and caring team culture.
